Hi, I’m Netanya.
My path has been anything but straight. For years, I was busy trying to get life “just right,” only to wake up one day and realize I couldn’t feel anything at all. That journey carried me through divorce and later into recovery—both of which changed just about everything.
That personal experience became my mission. I believe true healing is about more than just maintaining; it’s about rebuilding and intentionally designing a life that reflects who we’ve become. My goal is to help people move past merely surviving and build the lives they truly recovered for.
Along the way, I’ve worn many hats: teaching, helping entrepreneurs grow online businesses, working in hospitality, and serving in the recovery community—personally and professionally. Each season has shaped my perspective and deepened my belief in the power of resilience, purposeful growth, and authentic connection.
I host What I Didn’t Know: Building the Life You Recovered For, the podcast where we have real conversations that guide us in rebuilding, growing, and becoming. We tackle the necessary challenges of mindful living, explore what it truly takes to design a fulfilling life, and celebrate the steps that move us from survivng to fully thriving.
When I’m not behind the mic or working with others, you’ll probably find me cooking, reading, writing, or exploring the magic of my home state of Tennessee.
